Studio Policies

All studio bookings are done using our online scheduling system. Our online calendars are always up to date and show the latest availability and pricing.

Payment is due at booking to hold your time slot. You must cancel 48 hrs. before scheduled time to receive a credit for future use. No refunds.

Online bookings are for photographers only. If you are planning on hosting an event with The Cozy Vibe Studio, please email us directly at thecozyvibestudio@gmail.com to receive pricing and make reservations. 

Please be courteous to others by only scheduling the time you need.

There is plenty of parking surrounding the studio area.

Arrival at the studio is no earlier than 15min prior to your session time.

Absolutely no smoking or vaping in the studio.

No glitter, wall nails, or any other property damaging equipment is permitted in the studio.
Any stolen or damaged property will be added as additional charges to the renter. If you
need to adhere something, use command strips and hooks or painters tape.
No fires or candles permitted. You are welcome to bring essential oils and diffuser to studio.
Any items large left in the studio after your agreed time slot will result in a $50 fee and must be
picked up by the owner within 24hrs.
The Cozy Vibe Studio is not responsible for any injuries or accidents that may occur inside
the studio for the renter or the renter’s party
Renter agrees to restore the cleanliness of the studio after using the space. Clean up after
yourself after every session (sweeping and mopping the floor, taking garbage out, cleaning
bathroom, etc. Be RESPECTFUL of others and leave the studio as you would expect to it to
be when you arrive. All supplies are in the storage closet.
Make sure you are in studio for your allotted time only to ensure all renters receive the
amount of time they scheduled. The time you reserve includes your set up and clean up.
Only ONE photographer is allowed per shoot unless it is a workshop or styled shoot. Please
inquire about styled shoot pricing.
Let management know if any repairs, maintenance, or damage is done to the studio. If you
arrive at the studio and find something that needs attention, please contact management
immediately.
Always make sure door is locked when you leave.
You are welcome to move furniture to any space you like in the studio, but do not drag the
furniture across the floor. Please have someone help you to move heavy items and make 
sure to put the furniture back into the place it was when you arrived.
You may use any of the furniture or equipment that is in the studio.

We welcome fur babies at our locations and ask that you email thecozyvibestudio@gmail.com if you would like to bring a pet to your photoshoot.

Our studio is a family-friendly environment so please ensure your pets are not on our furniture or in the common areas.

Should your pet make a mess on our studio floor there will be a $50 charge and if your pet makes a mess on the furniture, there will be a $300 charge.
